Ariva is a Non-Profit tax Organization that does taxes for the lower-income households in all 5 boroughs.
Volunteer Income tax assistants have the opportunity to receive IRS certified tax training, and upon completion of the test, their primary duties will be preparing tax returns. Alternative activities include, intake (help with customer service) and data entry (the IRS requires us to take polls of all of our customers).
There are 12 sites located mostly in the Bronx, and Manhattan. We have morning, evening, and weekend hours with no problem working around your schedule and getting you into your preferred location.
