Come join the Eugene Public Library's volunteer team and have some fun with us!

The Pajama Storytime Assistant supports Library staff by helping to set up the room, greet participants, assist staff and participants during the activity, and help clean up.

The volunteer shift is every Tuesday from 6:00-7:45 p.m.

About the program: Every Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. An evening storytime for children of all ages. This is a 45 minute event: 30 minute program, followed by a 15 minute art activity.

Volunteers should be able to lift books and blankets from the floor, carry art supplies, interact with and be welcoming to a diverse section of community members, and flexible in supporting staff with a variety of activities.

Physically, this position involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
