VHA Red Coat Ambassadors

We are excited to present an important volunteer opportunity at the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System. It's called the Red Coat Ambassador Program and it represents the VA’s commitment to providing the best possible Patient Experience to Veterans & family members using our health care system.

Volunteers who take part in this new program will have the opportunity to be the first person to greet our Veterans, families and guests as they arrive at our facility.

Ambassadors will provide information on appointment and staff locations so Veterans can more easily navigate our facility. When a Veteran has a problem that they can’t solve on their own, Ambassadors will be there to provide customer service and recovery.

The Red Coat Ambassador program is an important service to our Veterans and guests visiting the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. If you’d like to be a part of this new and exciting program to help our Veterans, please let us know!

We have many other opportunities to volunteer in other capacities such as:

Supply Chain
Occupational Health
Human Resources
Pharmacy / Lab
Patient Transport
Health Systems Support
Emergency Department
Nuclear Medicine
Pastoral Care
Radiology
