Do you like animals? Do you like talking to people?
Jelly's Place is a new animal rescue and shelter in San Pablo. As nonprofit, we depend on volunteers to help us do our best. As we grow, we need helpers to greet the public and tell them about the animals, interview, and process adoption applications. Come help a sweet cat or dog find their forever home by volunteering a few hours each week. Get to know the animals and enjoy talking with people coming to visit the shelter. Orientation is on the first and third Saturday of the month at 10am or by appointment if another day/time is needed.
Bilingual Spanish language is welcome.
volunteers are needed to meet the public, show them the animals, and help process adoptions Wednesday to Saturday. We're open for the public 11-5, and you can volunteer any set number of hours or days that you can arrange with us. We appreciate your help in getting these fur babies into good homes! We also welcome help on the days we are closed to process paperwork, respond to emails and calls, organize, etc.
