Title : Volunteer : Finance and Accounting
Department : Finance
Location : Open and Virtual
Hours: 10 -12 hrs. over Weekdays/Weekends (M,T,W,T,F,S,S)

Qualification Required :
Core knowledge of financial statements and analysis
Knowledge of Indian regulations and non-profit regulations (preferred but not required)
Strong in financial strategy setting in sync with business strategy
Fluent in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, word and data visualizations

Essential Responsibilities :
Create and maintain financial Books
Build financial projections, financial statements and conduct scenario analysis, IRR, DCF, etc.
Develop strategic focus budgeting and cash outlays to scale non-profit growth.
Prepare annual financial reports to support financial decision making within organization.
Work closely with Treasurer, CEO, CA and Auditor to ensure that necessary Financial statements and processes are followed
Develop and Implement claims guidelines and processing

Other Requirements :
Accessibility to Computer/Laptop, Good network internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms in specific WhatsApp and Skype
Must be an excellent communicator with ability to work in a virtual setting
Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Must have passion for building and growing relationships
High professional standards, including integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
