JANUARY:
Zumba GoGo and Family Community Event -is being held on January 06, 2018 from 1pm-6pm at the James Lee Community Center ( Annandale VA). The event includes Zumba, Afro Dance, DJ, Food, Art & Craft Stations, Jewelry Making station, Santa Claus, Gifts for Kids, Giveaways for our local community residents. The goal of the event is to promote health and wellness. We encourage our community to Stay Healthy, Be Happy and Live Longer.
Admission: FREE
FitnessTreat: Burn 1000 calories Event -is being held on January 20, 2018 from 4pm-6pm at the Providence Community Center ( Fairfax, VA) in partnership with the Fairfax County. The event includes keynote speaker, fitness challenge to burn 1000 calories in two hours, high intensity interval training, strength training, boot camp, strong by Zumba, top instructors, light refreshments, giveaways for our local community residents. The goal of the event is to raise awareness about health and wellness as well as to educate community simple ways to stay fit during holidays.

Description
Nearly 1 in 5 Americans (56.7 million) have a disability. There is significant evidence to show that alternative, holistic mind, body, nutritional, naturopathic treatments can help many of them to overcome challenges and restore bodily functioning. Our clients are individuals with disabilities who suffer from a wide array of disfunctions that causes disturbances in their daily life, academics, and social interactions.We offer therapeutic group classes, one -on one services and therapies, educational workshops, professional development courses, and social, emotional, and recreational programs for individuals with disabilities. We also introduce the integration support of young people with disabilities into the workforce. Not everyone has the same strengths and qualities, but we look for the best and unique qualities about each person to help them succeed.
