Administrative Assistant
Help with filing, expense reports, office organization, maintaining Executive Director's schedule. Support fundraising activities. Maintain donor database.

Domestic Violence Advocate
Under Executive Director’s direction and supervision, provides domestic violence survivor advocacy information, support, informal support group co-facilitation, safety planning, court and police station accompaniment, and resource connection services for survivors of domestic violence perpetrated primarily by high status partners, who are typically more highly educated, affluent, powerful and influential. Also assists the Executive Director with administrative duties, community education and professional training.Requires state certification in domestic violence advocacy (40-65 hour training) from a domestic violence agency.

FundraiserandGrant Writer
Under Executive Director’s direction, research grant and corporate donor opportunities, write and submit grant applications.

Description

WomenSV is a non-profit dedicated to helping women in middle to upper income areas who are trapped in relationships with powerful/wealthy abusers. We run a helpline, weekly support group, connect women with resources and offer ongoing safety planning and education around all forms of abuse including technological, financial, emotional and legal. We also do public presentations and professional trainings on Domestic Violence in the Affluent Community.
