We need volunteers with a basement, garage, or other storage area to pick up, sort, store, and deliver items (clothing, food, and more) to families in need in Georgia. Anywhere in Georgia is possible, but the closer you are to the Polk or Paulding County area the more connected you will be to the rest of the Mending Hearts team. This job can range anywhere from an hour or two every week to hours every day for weeks at a time. A truck is a big advantage to this position. You would be the Mending Hearts representative for your area! There would also be many opportunities for you to volunteer at different types of events.

Description
Mending Hearts provides clothing, furniture, house-ware, personal hygienic items, cleaning supplies, blankets, and everything else we can to families that find themselves in sudden need due to home fire, job loss, medical emergency, leaving an abusive situation, or any other reason.
