The purpose of the Wake County Senior Games is to promote health and wellness for Wake County residents 50 and over by organizing and promoting the state sanctioned Senior Games of Wake County. Through its athletic and fine arts competitions, WCSG offers our county's seniors a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit - staying fit while enjoying the company of friends and family.
WCSG welcomes volunteers and participants to support its events. Events include:
Basketball, billiards, bocce, bowling, cycle, corn hole, fine arts, golf, horseshoes, racquetball, pickleball, shuffleboard, softball, swimming, table tennis, tennis, track and field and a 5K.

Description
The Kraft Family YMCA is trying to strengthen our community by partnering with volunteers to impact where the need is most. We utilize volunteers to help with education, health and wellbeing. Volunteers are invited to participate as long as they are in middle school or older.
Volunteers are needed to make a difference in the lives of children, adults, seniors and families. If you are interested in giving of your time and talents we will be able to match you with a person or program that needs you.
