Intergenerational Bridges has a unique opportunity for a volunteer to foster the love of art in a high school class in Gaithersburg. The volunteer(s) will support English Speakers of Other Language (ESOL) students through weekly in-class tutoring and mentoring.

Volunteer(s) help student(s) improve English communication and language skills, strengthen academic success strategies and increase self-confidence through individual and small group support. All materials, training, and on-site supervision provided. Volunteers must be fluent in English, complete training for the program, and pass a criminal background check in order to participate.

MUST BE AGE 50 or older.

Intergenerational Bridges is a program of JCA Heyman Interages Center.
