Job Responsibilities:

. build company e-commerce business.create product listings, product descriptions, product contents on eBay, Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

improve listings, maximize sales and optimize rating

. process orders, data and order entry.

provide customer services and product support via phone and email in a timely manner

. assist customers with orders, returns, and technical support.

support other departments within the company with various projects

Job Requirements:

. great research, organizational and learning skills

. excellent computer and internet skills

. self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player

. able to read, write and speak English clearly and fluently

. experience in ecommerce, online marketplace, as an eBay or Amazon product lister is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
