Volunteering can be as simple as sitting by the patient's bedside, listening with compassion, playing music, reading a book or running a quick errand, providing a respite relief for patient family members and caregivers.
Volunteers are not allowed to provide any clinical / direct care, or transportation of patients and their families.
Volunteers visit patients in their homes and residential facilities anywhere from Daly City to Palo Alto, based on distance proximity and availability of volunteers.
