Help organize a food donation for seniors, schedule flexible! Thanksgiving volunteers needed!

ONEgeneration is fortunate enough to receive an abundance of nonperishable food donated for the holidays. Please contact this posting if you have an hour or two to come help organize it in our small food pantry. Families welcome!

Preferably Wed Nov 22nd or Thanksgiving morning from 10:30 to 12.

The following week would work as well anytime between 10am and 4pm.

These food items and toiletries will be delivered to homebound low income seniors.

History

Founded in 1978, ONEgeneration is a multi-faceted service agency that works to improve the lives of seniors, children and their caregivers. Throughout its existence, ONEgeneration has been dedicated to maintaining and restoring the independence and quality of life of older persons. As the agency grew, so did the mission and goals. ONEgeneration now provides a solid educational and social foundation for young children. ONEgeneration Daycare is the care industryâ s premier intergenerational shared site program. It is on the vanguard of a growing movement to provide shared site child care and senior care, thereby delivering real benefits to families, students and the entire community.
