Hillcrest Raleigh seniors have put in their special requests for a visit from Santa this year!!! If there is a Santa interested in coming out to help spread some Holiday Cheer and make an appearance at our Holiday Party, it would be greatly appreciated.

Description
We are a skilled rehab facility located in the Crabtree Valley area. We provide both short and long term care for individuals who are to be discharged from hospital but need more acute care. We provide 24 hour nursing care along with social services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We provide ammenities such as tv and phones in rooms. We also have some private rooms available. We provide activities for individuals as well.
