CrowdDoing Partnership Contracting, Structuring, Business Development and Contract Volunteer will help CrowdDoing in its scaling process. CrowdDoing has had more than 1800 volunteers apply to help it. CrowdDoing was co-founded by Advance Social Innovation and Reframe it. CrowdDoing has helped more than 24 social enterprises through scoping their volunteer needs. Teams of global volunteers are virtually recruited and deployed with support from project managers, human resource business partners, and interdisciplinary volunteers who adopt through micro-leadership aspects of a social innovation's risk profile that they can help with. Our groups meet virtually live and also connect asynchronously to social impact challenges. CrowdDoing Partnership Contracting, Structuring, Business Development and Contract Volunteer is a key role for scaling CrowdDoing's ability to become self-sufficient, to be able to create and match expectations established for social innovations CrowdDoing is supporting, and for it to spread to places where social innovations are missing and CrowdDoing could relevantly and meaningfully help.
