Help fight hunger with Northwest Harvest at the 17th Annual KING5 Home Team Harvest event on Saturday, December 2! Our largest food drive of the year, Home Team Harvest takes place in three counties at six locations and KING5 shoots live from all the sites. This year's goal: 5 million meals!
Hundreds of volunteers help make this event a success and volunteers are needed to serve as CASH COUNTERS at the LYNNWOOD SAFEWAY (JAMES VILLAGE) location. Cash Counters work with our site Finance Lead to count cash and checks.
Requirements:
- Cash counters must be 18 or older
- Previous cash counting experience preferred
- Due to our cash handling policy, we are unable to have family members serve as Cash Counters in the same shift.
- 10am - 1pm: 1 volunteer needed
For more info so you can see if this is a good fit for you, reply to this post or contact Jennifer Chew, Northwest Harvest Volunteer Program Manager at jenniferc@northwestharvest.org or 206.923.7453.
All volunteers must be registered ahead of time. No drop in volunteering for this event. Northwest Harvest can sign off on service hours for work or school purposes, but cannot provide court-related community service.
