Trainer
Volunteer Conducting Training at a Hotel

The Anti-Human Trafficking Hotel trainer educates hotel staffs to Realize, Recognize and Respond to signs of human trafficking. They do this via a 30-45 minute presentation. The trainer will
a. Attend 3-hour volunteer training session
b. Be part of a two-person team to visit the manager to:
-Learn about efforts already being made to address human trafficking in their facility
-Share the goals and vision of the Hotel/Motel Project
-Share the benefits of providing training for all employees
-Obtain potential dates for trainers to do the training
c. Provide the training in the hotel, including set up of any required technology.
d. Provide, explain and collect pre- and post- assessment
e. Be available for additional re-training at the hotel/motel as needed

Description

The Coalition on Human Trafficking works to educate and raise public awareness with one unified voice based in research and data in the hospitality and transportation industries and among the general public. We accomplish this by training volunteers and providing them with resources to train targeted audiences. The Coalition also supports the community and service providers as a facilitator for collaboration engaging the community in anti-trafficking work and supporting service providers.
