Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space is seeking a Volunteer Hike Interpreter for the guided interpretive hike, Winter Wonderland Walk on January 6, 2018 at Carson River Park. This volunteer will have training and an interpretation plan prior to the event. Responsibilities include: meeting hike participants and obtaining liability agreements, effectively assessing the abilities of the group, and leading a 2 mile hike, while describing the local history, vegetation, and wildlife to the group.
