We're looking for a computer support specialists to provide help and advice and support to our staff regarding computer software or equipment. If you are a computer network support specialists or support information technology (IT) or computer user support specialist, WE NEEED YOU!!!

NEEDS:
  • Test and evaluate existing network systems
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure that networks operate correctly
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer network problems

The support we need most:

  • Work with non-tech savvy staff as they describe their computer problems
  • Help staff to properly diagnose the problem
  • Walk staff through the recommended problem-solving steps
  • Set up computer equipment and related devices
  • Train staff to work with new computer hardware or software, such as printers, word-processing software, and VOIP
  • Assist users in installing software
  • Provide others in the organization with information about what gives users the most trouble and about other concerns end users have

By Providing pro bono guidance, counseling, coordination, training, resources, and legal support to families and professionals, to help them attain effective autism treatment and socially significant rehabilitative programs statewide. We appreciate you.
