Position Summary: Global Campaign for Education-US is seeking a volunteer graphic designer to assist with developing infographics and animated videos. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide support to a growing nonprofit and gain experience, which can be used to enhance your resume.


  1. Create infographics, animated videos and other visual aids for the Global Campaign for Education- US communications, youth engagement initiatives, global education and advocacy.

Resources: Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Canva

Location: Virtual/in-person orientation.

Position Type: Volunteer/Internship

Background: The mission of the Global Campaign for Education-US (GCE-US) is to promote education as a basic human right and mobilize to create political will in the United States and internationally to ensure universal quality education, which is at the core of all human development. GCE-US is a broad-based coalition of over 80 member organizations dedicated to ensuring universal quality education for all children and youth. GCE-US was founded in 2003 (initially housed at the Council on Foreign Relations and RESULTS) and incorporated as an independent 501(c)3 organization in 2014. GCE-US is part of a global network of Global Campaign for Education efforts and coalitions in over 100 countries, with an international secretariat in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Our youth advocacy and leadership training program engages and educates young people ages 18 to 25 from around the United States about the school experiences of their peers in developing countries, and the global impact of those experiences, providing in-depth training on international education issues, policies and actors, and building cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
