Volunteer Tasks

·Plan and implement a strategy for collecting emails

·Brainstorm a list of large tech companies to do partnerships with in order to compile their employee email lists

·Have meetings with Caitlin to put together and finalize email marketing content

·Come up with appealing and relevant content for email marketing: main objective is getting people emotionally invested so that they donate

·Compile a list of matching funds organizations and arrange partnerships with those organizations to promote us through their organization

·Compile a list of "dollars for doers" organizations

·Compile a list of organizations that donate money for the hours their employees volunteer and look in to doing partnerships with these organizations

·Through your matching funds research, take note of any organizations that offer grants

·Keep your Google Spreadsheet up to date with the things you are working on, including status of the task (Y, N or Pending), the proposed deadline for the task, the last date you worked on that task, the date the task was completed.

·Keep your Brainstorming lists on Google Drive up to date. Any research you do, add it to the Google spreadsheet.
