ORGANIZATION: Friends of MJHS

The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company is looking for an outgoing, engaging and creative individual to serve as its first Outreach and Recruitment Manager. Please visit www.souldeevas.com to learn more about our organization and what we offer.

The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of schools, community-based organizations and/or youth programs in New York City and should be outgoing enough to approach these organizations to distribute information about the SoulDeevas - particularly around audition time.

The ideal candidate will also have (or be willing to create) social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and be able to promote SoulDeevas through those networks.

Most of the work can be done virtually and any in-person engagements with community organizations can be done at the volunteer's convenience. We will consider a very industrious high school senior for this role.

Interested candidates should reach out and tell us a little bit about themselves. The role would start immediately.
