Hospice care is the comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach of providing palliative care to an individual at the end stage of life. Hospice also cares for the entire family, extending care and support throughout the mourning period. Respect for individual cultural and religious beliefs is afforded to all patients receiving hospice care.
Medical Services of Americ Hospice is in need (now) of Volunteer companions that speak French. We occasionally have patients that wish to communicate with others that speak French. If this is you and you would like to share with others, please contact Medical Services of America of Hospice of Charleston.
