  • Set up AdWords account
  • Set up targeted campaigns to promote WillPowered Woman donors/clients

  • Optimize campaigns in order to be as cost effective and successful as possible

  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing and documenting data within AdWords

  • Generate reports for Caitlin and marketing team that provide insights and recommendations for optimization as well as show current performance

  • Identify learnings based on various placement/keyword targeting types, messaging, creative executions and testing that could be insightful for marketing team

  • Collaborate with marketing team on a regular basis

  • Collaborate with SEO manager to

  • Have weekly meetings with CEO,Caitlin

  • Objectives for AdWords:
    - Find women who need help
    - Find volunteers from corporations that offer dollars for doers if their staff volunteer with us. E.g.: if we get a Yahoo employee to volunteer with us we are eligible to apply for a $50k grant
    - Find corporate sponsors
    - Find individual donors who work for corporations that offer matching donation programs
    - Create awareness around prevention. I.e.: what are red flags that a woman may be dating an abuser.
