Support individuals living with memory loss by becoming a Staying Connected Program Facilitator.

Staying Connected is a health promotion and social support program designed especially for individuals living with early stage memory loss and their companion.

The program is designed to facilitate conversation related to coping with memory loss and promoting opportunities to stay socially engaged. Volunteer facilitators lead the discussion in each session and help ensure that all participants feel welcomed and involved.

The Staying Connected program is a 4 week series with one 90 minute session per week. Volunteers are assigned series dependent on their availability and location. Must have access to reliable transportation.
