The Friends of Southwood Park invite you to help them continue to restore this incredible natural park to its healthy status and prepare it for another lovely season. Roll up your sleeves and help remove invasive species that threaten the native species in this natural park. Look up in the towering trees and perhaps you’ll see the owl that calls this natural park his home.

Mission Statement

Lake Oswego Parks Stewardship works with the Parks Department and multiple Friends of the Parks groups and volunteers to restore hundreds of natural acres in its parks. The volunteer outreach helps contribute to important habitat for plants and animals, watershed and storm water management and health.

Lake Oswego Stewardship partners with 9 Friends of the Parks volunteer groups, youth groups, schools, churches and local community members to restore the natural areas of its parks.
