We are looking for assistance in many phases of planning for our biggest fundraiser of the year, The Party Parade--a series of parties that take place throughout the month of March, 2018. Each party will have its own theme, venue and host. We also have a kick-off event the evening of March 2.
We're looking for volunteers to help with various aspects of planning for these events and handling tasks leading up to them. Tasks will include online research, customer service, communication with party hosts, gathering supplies, phone calls and follow up, social media management, computer work, as well as basic office work.
This is a great opportunity to work with a small nonprofit in a pleasant environment, while gaining skills and experience in project management. If you feel you have some or all of the skills mentioned above, we'd love to hear from you. We need many hands on deck.
