Access TLC Foundation utilizes a variety of social media platforms and we would like to hear from anyone who can assist with helping us expand this area. Volunteers are always welcome and you can commit to as little as one hour a week.
The Foundation helps support individuals who receive end-of-life care and hospice specific education.
Experience with social media is a must, knowledge on the use of Vimeo or You Tube would be a great asset.

The mission of Access TLC Foundation is to provide financial support to improve the quality of life of individuals at the end-of-life.
Description
Access TLC Foundation was founded in 1996 to provide financial support to individuals receiving end-of-lie hospice care, who have low income and require services that are not covered by the Medicare hospice program. Such services may include assistance with burial and cremation costs, caregivers and payment for medications and supplies that are beyond the scope of hospice provision. In addition, the Foundation provides education to the community and continuing education for medical staff with the emphasis on hospice care.
