No one should be alone, especially over the holidays.
Compassionate Care Hospice is searching for caring individuals that would enjoy sharing some time with our patients. We have many patients residing in nursing facilities, or in a private residence that would enjoy social visits.

Founded in 1993, Compassionate Care Hospice is a community-based organization committed to providng the highest quality hospice care to patients, their families and close friends.
We care for terminally ill patients with a wide range of illnesses, including cancer and any end stage disease.
At Compassionate Care we are committed to quality of life, which enables patients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own homes and nursing homes with their loved ones. We provide volunteers to read to patients, write letters, offer respite relief to caregiver, light housekeeping etc. as well as other helps to patients and their families
Volunteers are considered to be part of the interdisciplinary team process and all are non paying positions.
