Season’s Greetings from 'GBH Volunteer Headquarters,

Snow way-December is almost here! Temperatures will be dropping, snow will be falling, and Jack Frost will be nipping at your nose. It may be cold outside, but it’s still a hot month for events at WGBH. During this merry and eventful season, we hope that you will consider giving WGBH the gift of your valuable time during upcoming events.

Although 2017 is coming to a close, our busy season is far from over. Please review all the events listed below and email me at jaime_reese@wgbh.org if you can assist. Please make sure to include the following information in your email response:

Thursday, December 7: Stories from the Stage: Holiday Horror

Location: WGBH Studios

Description: WGBH and massmouth have teamed up to produce an exciting event series we're calling Stories from the Stage. The holidays are a stressful time for everyone. Guests will take a break from the shopping, cooking, and planning to have a drink with us! December 7 is going to be a relaxing evening discussing horror stories from holidays past.

Position/Shifts: Photographer (6:45-9pm) Food Host (6:30-9pm), Greeter (6:30-9pm), Registration using an iPad (6-8pm), Drink Sales (6:30-9pm)

Description

GBH productions are seen and heard across the United States and Canada. In fact, we produce more of the PBS prime-time and Web lineup than any other station. Home video and podcasts, teaching tools for schools and home-schooling, services for people with hearing or vision impairments...we're always looking for new ways to serve the community!
