The Foundation is looking to build a team of volunteers to help with fundraising activities. if you have a passion for hospice and looking for a fun way to give back to the local community, we would love to hear from you. Our primary fundraising event is in May 2018 - we are looking for volunteers to join our committee or volunteer on the day. If you are creative, we'd love to have help with decor etc. if you have office skills, we'd love to have help with making calls.
In addition to the main event, we are looking for creative individuals who can help with small fundraiser ideas and activities.
Access TLC Foundation is a warm and friendly organization, no previous experience is necessary.

The mission of Access TLC Foundation is to provide financial support to improve the quality of life of individuals at the end-of-life.
Description
Access TLC Foundation was founded in 1996 to provide financial support to individuals receiving end-of-lie hospice care, who have low income and require services that are not covered by the Medicare hospice program. Such services may include assistance with burial and cremation costs, caregivers and payment for medications and supplies that are beyond the scope of hospice provision. In addition, the Foundation provides education to the community and continuing education for medical staff with the emphasis on hospice care.
