The East Cleveland Adult Activity Center, one of eight Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities sites, offers a variety of Vocational Habilitation Services and Community Integration Activities, with the goal of helping adults with developmental disabilities become as self-sufficient and community integrated as possible.
The East Cleveland AAC needs volunteers to help with ongoing activities and community integration efforts, as well as volunteers to help with a variety of special events throughout the year, including holiday parties, luncheons and other special events as needed.
Volunteer as little as one hour per week, or help with multiple activities and events. Activities and classes include exercise, cooking, music appreciation, choir, technology, movies, life skills, and more.
