Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality care for patients faced with a life limiting illness. The goal is to improve the quality of a person's life through pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support. We believe the patient and family are an integral decision making member of the Kindred Hospice Team in planning care. Hospice offers an alternative to repeat hospitalizations. Hospice affirms life. It neither hastens nor postpones death but assists the patient and family in living with a life limiting illness. Kindred Hospice regards dying as a normal process at life's end. We can provide dignity and comfort for the patient and loved ones.

Kindred Hospice provides the highest quality of care. We treat everyone with respect and dignity. We acknowledge and embrace religious, ethnic and cultural diversity.
