The Choo Smith Youth Empowerment will be hosting a free basketball clinic for the first 75 kids associated with ticket purchase for the December 9th Harlem Globetrotter Games, acquired through Choo Smith Youth Empowerment, Inc. The clinic will begin at 8 a.m. and the participants are expected to be there no later than 7 a.m. There will be 75 participants and their accompanying adults. Each child will have a ticket for the clinic and the adults will have their ticket to the actual games to be used at the entrance. We will need three volunteers to ensure that the kids are cross referenced with the names on the list that we will provide. Additionally, we will need those volunteers to assist us to disseminate the shirts to the children, as per their size selections.

After the clinic and the photos with one or two of the Globetrotter players around 11, we would require the volunteers to help share lunch to approximately 400 people; 300 of whom will arrive at 11 from an elementary school.

As for time commitment, we will need volunteers to arrive from 6:45 a.m. and end their commitment about 1. They will assist in escorting those from the arena whose entrance ticket cites 7 p.m. The ones who have 2 p.m. game tickets will remain.
