St. Joseph's Medical Clinic runs an outreach program at the Salvation Army, which seeks a coordinator who would work out of the SJMC office.

The Salvation Army Outreach program seeks to bring healthcare services where vulnerable populations receive access to meals and other resources. The goal of this program is to administer the health program in a compassionate and non-biased way in a setting that promotes patient-focused dialogue about health issues and individualized health goals.

As the outreach coordinator, you will be responsible to 1) Enter data collected from the Salvation Army Outreach intake forms into designated spreadsheets 2) Develop data reports for outreach project meetings and potential grants 3) Send out meeting reminders and create meeting agendas.

Minimum of two hours per week is required. Salvation Army sessions are Tuesday afternoons, but day for this position is flexible.

St. Joseph's Medical Clinic is a critical safety net provider and provides free healthcare services. Our healthcare services help to increase access to the healthcare delivery system in our community, and connect patients to a healthier journey. In 1977, members of the Human Concerns Committee through St. Joseph's Parish recognized the growing healthcare gaps in the Waukesha County community. To address the growing medical needs, a free clinic was born! We are housed withon St. Joseph's Parish with our entrance at the juncture of East Ave. and Arcadian Avenue.
