Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential (LEAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been in existence since 1981. Founded and operated by people with disabilities, the agency provides information, education, training, and employment and independent living services to people with disabilities, including long-standing disabilities; disabilities acquired as a result of an accident, injury, or illness; or emerging disabilities resulting from work and life experiences
