ORGANIZATION: LINKING EMPLOYMENT ABILITIES & POTENTIAL

Volunteers will assist consumers as they participate in an evening of fun.. Board games,volleyball, basketball, ping pong, and more. There will be a variety of activities and participants with varying degrees of skill. Volunteers will be flexible and lend assistance where it is needed. Staff will be available to direct volunteers.

Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential (LEAP) is an agent of positive change, working to advance participation and equality in society for people with disabilities in Northeast Ohio.

The Quantum LEAP Recreation Program offers opportunities for socialization, recreation, and athletic activities to people with developmental disabilities. Quantum LEAP offers year-round activities in the evening and on weekends that run for 6 to 8 weeks. Social events are single events.

Spring activities are just beginning. Quantum LEAP would like to invite you to volunteer. Volunteers will assist Quantum LEAP participants who are participating in 6 to 8 weeks of adaptive recreation. We would prefer volunteers attend each weekly session, however, that is not required. The participants may need varying degrees of assistance.
