Provisions: A 25:35 Outreach, the food pantry in Bulverde, needs a few specific volunteers.
First, we're looking for one or two strong, able-bodied volunteers who would pick up and deliver a donation from either the local Walmart or the Target on 281 @ Stone Oak. This (these) volunteers need to be able to load product (some heavy) into the vehicle at the store and then bring it to the pantry.
This is on Monday and Tuesday mornings, early.
Volunteer may opt to use his/her own personal truck/trailer, or, if clean driving record, may use the Provisions van. Mode of transport to be discussed, but donations are sizeable and require at least a full-size pickup truck and/or a utility trailer.
Second, we need one volunteer to bring some muscle to our Monday morning team to help receive and stock the Target donation. We are not open for clients on Monday...we simply work the warehouse. The shift starts at 8:00 a.m. and goes until we're done--usually around 10:00 or 10:30, but could go a bit later depending on the Target donation. More details will be discussed as needed.

Description
Founded in 1991, we are a grassroots food pantry and service organization serving the residents of the Bulverde and Spring Branch area communities
We provide food, household necessities, clothing, and service referrals to those who live within the four zip codes that surround Bulverde, Texas -78163, 78070, 78258, and 78260.
We will also provide groceries and goods one time to individuals or families who live outside of our service area, as well as provide information and referrals to direct them to appropriate service providers in their residential area. No one in need is ever turned away empty handed.
Our hours of operation are on Tuesday, 10:00 am to 6:15 pm; Wednesday and Thursday, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. If you are in need of our services but are unable to come to our facility during these regular hours of operation, please call us to schedule an appointment. We will make arrangements to get you the help you need when you can come to our facility.
