Help make democracy work!
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, multi-issue organization that encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government. We are looking for volunteers to help us coordinate our events, which range from speaker panels with inspiring local figures to candidate forums and happy hours. These events help us educate the public on political issues, create networking opportunities for members, and get new people involved!
We are in need of assistance with:
- Identifying venues for events
- Developing promotional materials
- Coordinating with speakers, panelists, and venues
