We are a nonprofit corporation who has spent the past several years restoring the 1903 Charles and Martha Brown House in Stayton, OR. The goal has always been to create a community event center for cultural, art, music, and private social events. We are now far enough along in our progress that we are open for such events, and are very excited to be entering this final phase while still completing the restoration on the second floor.
We need someone who is skilled in basic bookkeeping to complete monthly basic income and expense statements for our nonprofit organization. We also need that person to complete the single federal tax report required of nonprofits at year end. While our organization and budget are small, the impact this person would have on our organization would be great.

The Santiam Heritage Foundation, Inc is a recognized Oregon 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It is organized exclusively for non-political, charitable, educational purposes. Specifically, the purpose is to raise and administer funds to restore the Charles and Martha Brown House and establish an endowment to support operations, progress, and services to the community.
