Several directors have maxed out their bandwidth! They could use help one day a week for two or three hours, with a variety of administrative tasks including (but not exclusive of):
- file/photo copy
- data entry: knowledge of Excel required
- create new hire packets and training certificates
- create electronic files and update contact information
- help with holiday decorations
- bulletin board help
- keeping calendars updated
