We're looking for volunteers to help care and clean for 50 kitties we have at our outdoor facility in Gilbert. We have two shifts a day starting from 6am - 10am & 3pm - 7pm. Primary duties would include cleaning litter boxes, changing water and dry food, dishing out wet food, tidying up, changing out linens, etc and socializing with lots of sweet and sometimes sour kitties!
We are a cage free, no kill cat rescue. We've rescued cats from abandonment, neglect and abuse. We also adopt out the kitties when they're ready for their forever home. We adopt out on average about 50 cats a year to their new families.
We ask for a commitment of one shift per week (more if you'd like.) Average shift is from 1.5 - 2 hrs per shift. There is some bending, and light lifting involved.
Come visit us for a tour of our facility! Please visit our website to fill out a volunteer application today!
