Lead Developer -Ruby On Rails

The Lead Developer will lead the overall development and maintenance of the Ruby on Rails based applications for the social enterprise, including, but not limited to creation of architecture diagrams, system documentation and any other instructional materials as required. The individual will work closely with the other members of the team to meet the organization and team goals.

Experience :- 3-5 years

Essential Functions:

  1. Develop and maintain new and existing Ruby on Rails based applications
  2. Design new relational data models and update existing ones using MySQL databases
  3. Develop low fidelity UI mock-ups
  4. Develop code for both front-end and back-end components
  5. Utilize responsive web design techniques in ensuring the UI is mobile optimized
  6. Apply Behavior Driven Development (BDD) techniques and automate tests.

Develop architecture diagrams, system documentation and any other instructional materials as required
