Make a difference in the life of a Hospice Patient!
Faith Hospice relies on the many talents and skills of our volunteers to help hospice patients and their families embrace life's moments and to focus on something other than their illness.
Some examples of typical volunteering roles are: Engaging in the patient's hobbies, playing a board game, reading to the patient, or just conversing. Or maybe you sing or play an instrument? Our patients love music.
As a Faith Hospice volunteer, we will work with you to find a good fit for your and your schedule. Volunteer as little or as much as you want. See patients in their own homes, or in facilities. Volunteers are never asked to do anything they are not comfortable with.
We would love to have you as a part of our team, and it only takes a few hours a month to make a significant difference in someone's life. Please contact us if you'd like to make a difference in someone's life!

Description
TRADITIONS HEALTH provides a special form of care for people during the last months of life. When medical treatments cannot cure a disease, Faith Hospice's interdisciplinary team of hospice professionals can do a great deal to control pain, reduce anxiety and provide medical, spiritual and emotional comfort to patients and their family.
