Translators are urgently needed at Catholic Charities- Hogar Immigrant Services, legal office in Alexandria! Translators and interpreters play a critical role in helping to support access to justice for immigrants.
Volunteer translators would provide document translation services for immigrants in the northern Virginia. No previous experience necessary.

Description
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Arlington's Newcomer Services is made up of two departments - Hogar Immigrant Services and Migration and Refugee Services.
Hogar Immigrant Services responds to the Church’s call for social justice by welcoming the stranger to this country, regardless of ethnicity, religion, nationality, or ability to pay.
Migration and Refugee Services is one of 104 national affiliates of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Since its founding in 1975, the office has resettled and assisted over 30,000 refugees and asylees in the Northern Virginia community.
