If you enjoy working outside this opportunity is for you. The Grounds Keeper mows, trims weeds, cuts and splits dead trees, cuts back multaflora and other necessary jobs to keep up the grounds. There are five trails that need walked to do light trail work and trash pickup. Volunteers are also needed to help maintain the museum and shelter house.

Make a Difference in Your Community!
The RSVP Volunteer Program provides opportunities for individuals 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving at schools, museums, and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of the volunteer with opportunities to help impact the community. The program offers supplemental insurance while volunteering and training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
