The NVFS Development Department is seeking an Administrative Volunteer!

Benefits:

  • Support the efforts of the team that secures funding for NVFS programs
  • Develop or fine tune organizational and administrative skills
  • Learn about the grant application process


Duties:

  • Update and input constituent information into the Raiser’s Edge database
  • Conduct online prospecting & researching to find new corporate and foundation grants that NVFS could apply for
  • Digitize and organize grant files into one comprehensive, accessible and searchable location
  • Enter in-kind gift data into the Raiser’s Edge database
  • Sort and file in-kind donation forms

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Close attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer and internet knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills
