The Florence House provides a place to live for nine teen mothers and their children (mostly infants and toddlers). We design our program to support these young women as they further their education and build the skills and strengths necessary to forge a successful future.
We are aware that engagement between the generations benefits everyone and we look to you to share the patience you have mastered and the nurturing you have perfected. We offer you the opportunity to join us Mondays and/or Thursdays from 4-6pm in concert with two other adults to supervise and dote on the little ones while their mothers are engaged in group learning/education sessions.
