Our Food Pantry provides fresh food, nonperishable items, and grocery items to local families. If you like organization and helping others, then we have an opportunity for you! This position will help to maintain and manage inventory so we can provide the best services to our clients.
We need volunteers to
- receive donations,
- sort the food onto the appropriate shelves,
- process donations according to specific standards of freshness, expiration date, etc
- sort and identify produce
- manage inventory in computerized system
We can use volunteers from 8:00 am to 10:30am on specific days--please schedule an interview to find out more and arrange a volunteer opportunity that fits your schedule.

PCRC provides food, clothing, household items, furniture, financial assistance, referrals, and support services to the Greater Pottstown area community. We promote individual and family self-sufficiency and tolerance of diversity. We coordinate our programs and referrals to help clients improve their overall stability.
