ORGANIZATION: youTHink/ Zimmer Children's Museum

Visitor Service Volunteers support the Front Desk and Visitor Services staff, making sure that all of our guests and families are up-to-date with all of the super fun stuff going on at the Zimmer! From greeting families as they enter the museum, to providing information about classes and programs, Team Visitor Services volunteers are an outgoing bunch!

Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Experience Support (Greeting guests, providing additional front desk phone support, escorting guests to the downstairs level of museum, assisting with survey distribution and collection)
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
  • Weekdays and Sundays shifts available
  • Ages 17 and up

youTHink is an educational program of the Zimmer Children's Museum that engages students in discussion of contemporary issues, self-expression, and community involvement through art. youTHink challenges students to learn about the world, and motivates them to think, express opinions, and make a difference.
